My Hula hoop workshops are designed based on level from intro- Absolute Beginners to Intermediate-Advanced and range in price depending on size of the class.
Pole
Have you and your friends ever wanted to explore pole! Book in a group of 4 or more for a studio class or any number of people to learn from home! (Will need a high ceiling for home pole classes (3.2m height needed)! In this class we will learn a variety of spins around the pole and leave with a full combo! Work your muscles while embracing your inner sky siren!
