Flexibility Classes

This class will make you sweat! With active flexibility drills to warm the muscles thoroughly and develop the skills necessary for every performer! We can work on Splits, Pancake, Backbends and Needle Scale! Best booked as a course as we can work on key moves together! All over Zoom! 

Prerequisites: None! 


What to Bring: a yoga mat, yoga blocks, and a resistance band or yoga strap.
